About Orders…

  • How can I cancel my order?

You can access the order details from the order details e-mail sent to you and cancel your orders that have not yet been delivered to the cargo.

  • What payment methods can I pay with?

After our Iyzico agreement, you can pay with all the credit cards that the relevant company has an agreement with.

  • What is Iyzico, how do you ensure credit card security?

Iyzico ; It is a company that offers an easy and secure payment platform to e-commerce companies/sites, including important companies such as Zara, H&M, Decathlon. Similar to these big companies and hundreds of e-commerce sites in Turkey, we receive support from them regarding credit card security and payment channels.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship our products from Istanbul, depending on the distance, deliveries are made within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Can I order from abroad?

Certainly. However, the shipping time will be a little longer :)

Regarding Cargo Processes…

  • Which shipping company do you work with?

For now, we only work with MNG Cargo.

  • My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?

Cargo processes are completely independent from us, as soon as you place your order, we prepare the product and deliver it to the cargo branch. When the product does not reach you, there may be several different reasons; You can contact us and get support in this regard :)

  • How can I track the cargo?

After a while after the delivery of the product, the cargo branch performs the acceptance of the product. At this stage, the cargo tracking number will be sent to the mobile number you have given us. With this cargo tracking number, you can track the product on the website of the relevant cargo company.

  • My order has been shipped, but I want to change the address. Is it possible?

Unfortunately :(

  • The order came when I was not at the address, what should I do?

In this case, the cargo is probably delivered to the branch closest to you; You can get the cargo by visiting the branch during working hours…

  • Can I pay at the door?

Unfortunately, we do not have a cash on delivery option.

Regarding Exchange and Return Processes…

  • Is change possible?

Yes :) We fully believe that you are satisfied, but you can contact us if you want to make changes due to reasons such as body change etc.

  • How does the return process work?

You contact us, we take care of everything else somehow :) We refund the money when you send the product to us, but you need to inform us in advance.
